Given under are some of the things, which should be done by the sufferer in order to get rid of this disease.
The first thing that should be followed is to exercise daily. Exercising the body daily for at least fifteen to twenty minutes can relieve a lot of pain, which is experienced by the sufferer. Also before going to bed rubbing your joints with hot vinegar can reduce the pain. Until the recognition of symptoms taking two teaspoons of fresh lemon juice and also a teaspoon of honey both mixed in a cup of warm water should be taken at least twice a day.
Frying a baked eggplant in two tablespoons of castor oil and also adding spices such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, garlic and salt, for taste, simultaneously while frying will not only give good taste but also a lovely fragrance. This recipe should be taken at least once a day for a minimum period of three months. Also taking one-half teaspoon of turmeric powder with warm water at least twice a day can ensure a certain amount of cure.
If you have noticed sore joints then just remove fifteen minutes to make a paste of one teaspoon of red chilies and adding fresh ginger mixed in a cup of sesame oil, which should be strained and then applied on sore joints. Also drinking coconut milk and carrot juice everyday can really help the person suffering. When quick relief is required then please do rub camphor, wintergreen, and cinnamon oil on the area that is affected.
An amazing cream can be prepared by combining two parts of pure olive oil and one part of kerosene to rub on sore and swollen joints.
There are also a certain amount of things which a person suffering from arthritis should restrict himself/herself from doing. Eating hot and spicy, fried foods, sweets and also wind-forming foods like cabbage, spinach, cauliflower and potatoes should be completely avoided to ensure fitness off the body. Drinking too much coffee, tea, alcohol, cocoa and yogurt will add to the despair. A lazy and lethargic person who sleeps the entire day is bound to receive more pain. Hence sleeping the entire day and staying awake the entire night should be avoided.
Therefore taking a lot of antibiotics, painkillers, and steroids prescribed by the doctor does not mean that arthritis can be eradicated. In fact consuming a number of natural medicines will help the person suffering from arthritis.
