It is caused due to auto immunity i.e. antibodies are formed against host’s cell. Women are more likely to affect with Rheumatoid arthritis as compared with men. Osteoarthritis is a degenerated disorder mostly affecting the older people. In osteoarthritis when joints work beyond its capacity they grind with each other which destroy the protective coating around the joints casing wear and tear. It is one of the kinds of nutritional deficiencies. Knee arthritis is triggered on the person generally above 50 years of age. Overweight person are more likely to get affected with knee arthritis. Medications and injections can used to treat knee arthritis. Knee replacement surgeries are also conducted in some cases. Therefore to restrict knee arthritis one should adopt weight loss programs.

The main cause of arthritis is still unknown but many researchers feel that it is caused when the immune system of the body affects the tissues related to the joints. Exposure to infection, bacteria and fungi may trigger rheumatoid arthritis. Transfer of certain genes from one generation to another also has a favorable chance of getting affected with this disease.

Arthritis can affect anyone. Men mostly suffer from pains related to knees, spine, and footprint whereas women tend to suffer from pains related to fingers, hands and spine. Exercise is also one the option to reduce the pain caused due to arthritis. Daily exercises are really helpful for the people who are suffering from this disease. Exercises like yoga, swimming cycling should be started slowly and steadily. There are also many household measures which one can do to reduce the pain. Drinking coconut milk, carrot juice, eating raw clove of garlic everyday are some of the household measures.

Balance diet also plays an important role to reprieve from the pain caused due to arthritis. A good diet includes food like fruits, cheese, and vegetables etc.
